JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an independent Warehouse Logistics Administrator who has an overwhelming desire to succeed to join our team. You will support the day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities of our supply chain department, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics. This role is essential in maintaining efficient supply chain processes, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration between various departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other customer‑specific systems and conduct regular stock counts to ensure alignment with system records.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and prompt handling of issues that arise during the process
  • Prepare and process shipping, customs, and logistics documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, airway bills).
  • Monitor shipments/delivery timelines and resolve any logistics discrepancies or delays.
  • Update/Interact with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations), external vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
  • Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including stock status and KPI tracking.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc warehouse and logistics‑related tasks to support departmental needs.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
  • Min. Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/WMS systems, SAP and other relevant systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an SME and fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance is a plus
