Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking to hire a Warehouse/Logistic Officer. You will manage daily warehouse activities, oversee logistics costs, and ensure high inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Job description
  • Position : Warehouse/Logistic Officer
  • Location : Bedok
  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 5pm (flexi staggered hours)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + AWS + $1500 Flexible benefits + Group insurance + 15 days annual leave
    Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Projector and AV products
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse activities (receiving, put-away, pick/pack and shipping).
  • Manage transportation to meet the Sales and Service requirements.
  • Uphold safety, maintain efficient warehouse layout, workflow, and storage methods.
  • Oversee all supply chain costs, including freight, order fulfillment, warehousing, and customs clearance.
  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation.
  • Facilitate and manage inventory consignments and loans.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment that meets customers’ delivery expectations by working closely with internal and external customers.
  • Manage and process orders, RMAs, and sales credit claims accurately and on time.
  • Resolve order issues proactively and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Communicate clearly with customers on order status and claim outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent field of study.
  • 2-3 of relevant experiences in logistics, warehouse inventory management and customer service.
  • Experience in ERP systems is a must; JD Edwards preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
