Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding documentation, administrative tasks, and to resolve any issues.
  • Oversee shipment clearance and delivery processes to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor operational activities to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Prepare and issue customer billing invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Compile and analyze data using Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes.
  • Promote a culture of physical and mental well-being within the workplace.
  • Take ownership of section safety and communicate safety-related information to team members.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Encourage a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement corrective actions to address and resolve performance-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Preferable Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience will be added advantages
  • Familiarity with logistics operations, documentation, and safety procedures
