Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Ground Transportation Project and manage SAP processes for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory records, ensure segregation of materials, and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse organization with regular 5S practices.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and courier services.
• Liaise with project teams, vendors, and ensure ESD compliance for sensitive parts.
• Adhere to security, quality, and HSE standards.
• Support initiatives and assist with ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience and forklift license.
• Familiarity with SAP and inventory management.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical fitness and ability to handle physical items.
• Motorcycle license (Class 2A) required.
• GCE O-Level or above
