ine Wines Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Wine Warehouse Assistant cum Tasting Room Maintenance staff to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with wines, has a hands‑on approach, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing wine inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling and care of wine bottles, including stock rotation (FIFO) and accurate labeling.
• Prepare and pack wines for delivery, events, and client orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Set up and maintain the wine tasting room, ensuring it is always clean, presentable, and ready for guests.
• Assist during wine tasting events, including glassware preparation, table setup, and light service support.
• Conduct regular checks on wine storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Support the operations team with ad‑hoc duties related logistics.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, F&B, or hospitality is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to handle cases of wine (up to 15kg).
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in wine and willingness to gain basic wine knowledge (training will be provided).
