Job summary

A leading logistics services provider in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Associate to inspect, sort, and verify the quality of incoming and outgoing goods. Responsibilities include accurately picking and packing items, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience and a Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to $2800 and a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, and verify the quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Pick and pack goods accurately according to the order sheet
• Arrange, scan, and label items for proper storage and tracking
• Load and unload materials from racks, shelves, or vehicles safely
• Liaise with office staff to coordinate order processing and ensure timely fulfilment
• Update inventory records accurately in the warehouse management system
• Verify stock levels through physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Able to work in a warehouse setting, including standing or lifting for extended periods
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years' of relevant work experience in a 3PL warehouse is preferred
• Class 3 Driving Licence will be an added advantage
• Work Location: Pioneer
• Salary: Up to $2800
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
