Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a warehouse associate to manage the receipt, storage, and packing of healthcare products. Candidates should have at least a GCE N/O/ITE or Diploma, with experience in packing or warehouse environments considered advantageous. This role requires attention to detail, especially in clean room and temperature-controlled storage scenarios. Competitive pay, with working hours from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Education: GCE N/O/ITE or Diploma is required.
• Experience in warehouse or packing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, and pack healthcare/medication products.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming items.
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

Skills

Prior packing or warehouse experience

Basic Warehouse Management System experience

Job description

Location: Jurong East
Salary: Up to $2,400/month
Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Sat: Half day

Job Scope

• Receive, store, pick, and pack healthcare/medication products
• Conduct quality checks on incoming items
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
• May be assigned to:
  GMP Room: Clean room packing (requires high attention to detail)
  Cold Room: Temperature-controlled storage (jacket provided)

Requirements

• GCE N/O/ITE or Diploma
• Prior packing or warehouse experience is an advantage
• Basic Warehouse Management System experience is a bonus
