• Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre

• Working hours: 5 Days (Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm)

Job Scope

• Assisting in planning, organizing, and supervising daily warehouse operations (Inbound / Outbound)
• Ensuring smooth processes for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitoring accuracy, productivity, and operational lead times
• Optimizing warehouse layout, storage space, and equipment utilization
• Reviewing and verifying warehouse documents, labels, and records
• Handling compliance based on freight forwarding standards and customs requirements
• Managing warehouse staff (supervisors, leaders, storekeepers, packers)
• Overseeing shift planning, task allocation, training, and performance evaluation
• Guiding and supporting junior or less experienced staff
• Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and warehouse SOP
• Maintaining equipment upkeep, forklift safety, and emergency procedures
• Implementing process improvements to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency

Requirement

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
