Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure all goods are picked, checked, and packed according to order and documentation requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items and pack them securely in cartons before final quality checks.
• Assist in stocktaking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure warehouse are clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment and scanners in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Adhere to ISO, GSDP, SMS, and hygiene compliance requirements.
• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Literacy in basic English language and Mathematics
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
• SAP knowledge an added advantage
• Possess valid forklift license and has experience in operating material handling equipment
