Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient shipment processes. Responsibilities include coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory records, and conducting inspections. The ideal candidate should have at least a GCE O Level and prior experience in warehousing operations is advantageous. This role offers a one-year, extendable contract and a structured working schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse planning, physical operations, and shipment completion.
• Coordinate and schedule warehouse activities.
• Ensure daily checks and testing of weighing scales by service providers.
• Support space planning for inbound cargo and track available capacity.
• Perform daily warehouse inspections.
• Compile and submit operational reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Location: Jurong Port/ Gul Circle
• 1 Year Contract (Extendable)
• Working schedule: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm + Sat 9am - 1pm

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse planning, physical operations, and inbound/outbound shipment completion.
• Coordinate and schedule warehouse activities.
• Ensure service providers conduct daily checks and testing of weighing scales.
• Support space planning for inbound cargo, including shifting goods and tracking available capacity.
• Perform daily warehouse inspections.
• Compile and submit operational reports.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. GCE O Level
• Prior experience in warehousing operations will be an advantage.
