Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving and checking deliveries for discrepancies.
• Performing weekly inventory counts and documenting transactions.

• Loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment.
• Assisting store operations with ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

Location: Changi North warehouse Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage when needed.Time: 8am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Picking & Packing: Handle orders weighing around 15–20kg; prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving Goods: Accept deliveries suppliers, check for discrepancies such as damage, shortage, or overstock, and report issues promptly
• Inventory Control: Perform weekly cycle counts and document stock transactions; initiate system updates for transfers and returns
• Price Tagging: Tag books and other merchandise accurately before distribution to support retail operations
• Loading & Unloading: Safely load/unload goods from delivery trucks; arrange items for storage or onward transport
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance within the warehouse environment
• Team Support: Assist store operations if needed, and carry out ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations (1–3 years preferred)
• Physically able to lift and carry cartons of up to 15–25kg
• Basic computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel or inventory systems
• Ability to work both independently and within a team; reliable and proactive under supervision

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to SGD2,300 per month, plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and overtime pay if applicable
