Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure the needs of the Warehouse & Distribution process are met.
• Work with customer service to prepare for deliveries.
• Ensure products are stocked correctly and are accessible.
• Assist in rotation of stock to comply with FIFO operations.
• Conduct checks on all received products and report discrepancies.
• Responsible for daily cycle counts and yearly stock takes.
• Monitor work areas for safety practices and cleanliness.

Job description

Assist to ensure that the needs of the Warehouse & Distribution process are met in a timely and efficient manner, On Time In Full (OTIF).

Responsibilities

• Work with customer service to prepare for deliveries from Pick-list or Deliveries order in conjunction with workloads and current priorities.
• Ensure that products are stocked in incorrectly assigned location and in appropriate manner so they are readily accessible and ease of stock rotation.
• Assist in the rotation of stock to comply with FIFO operations.
• Support in documentation for accountability of all products at all stages of the operation as necessary, assist to resolve any discrepancy issue.
• Assist to execute measures for security and protection from pilferage of all products assigned to the warehouse.
• Conduct check on all products received are properly accounted for and with proper document. Note and report shortages, damages or other discrepancies.
• Responsible for proper daily cycle count and yearly stock take, track, analyze and follow up on discrepancies.
• Any other duties that may be assigned due to exigencies of job needs.
• Monitor work areas to ensure that safety practices are being followed.
• Physical involvement in sanitation and cooperate with team members in ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and tidy 5S practice.
• Ensure physical stock tally with inventory system.
