A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to manage online and local wholesale orders and assist with stock transfers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, while knowledge of Navision System and Warehouse Management System is advantageous. This role requires collaboration with warehouse staff and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
Process online and local wholesale orders in the system.
Handle data entry for receipts, pick lists, invoices, put-away lists and delivery orders.
Support stock transfers, put-away, and adjustments in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, couriers and drivers for timely deliveries and collections.
Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and reporting.
Communicate with internal departments (sales, customer service) on order and stock matters.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge in Navision System and Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage
Good team player, initiative and committed
Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
