Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, process incoming and outgoing, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, and returns.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports from system.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the operations manager and assist in other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP) and or other relevant software.
