Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking candidates to handle customer inquiries via phone and email, liaise with warehouse operations, and perform accurate data entry. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and at least a Secondary School/O Level education. Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply, promising good prospects for the right applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to perform accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and emails from customers regarding order inquiries.
• Liaise with the warehouse operations team on shipment and job requirements.
• Handle self-collection customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department manager.

Job description
