Waiter & Waitress (Premium Chinese Restaurant)

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.

Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt and professional service.

Manage phone reservations and guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.

Possess knowledge of all menu items—including signature dishes and specialty beverages—to make recommendations when requested.

Monitor quality, portion, and presentation of food and beverages served to guests.

Gather guest feedback to help the team enhance service and dining standards.

Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the dining area at all times.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management team.

Job Requirements:

No prior experience required; candidates with F&B background or knowledge of Chinese cuisine, spirits, or liquors will have an advantage.

Possessing a Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.

Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a warm smile.
