Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcomes all incoming customers, checks-in their reservation, and escorts them to their assigned table
  • Ensure service flow is smooth and orders are sent in a timely manner
  • Make menu recommendations to guest with extensive menu knowledge
  • Occasionally assist at the beverage station, preparing cocktails and highballs according to the menu and house standards
  • Support mise en place duties such as polishing glassware, setting up service stations, and restocking condiments and linens
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
