Overview

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new bar in Central, close to MRT — and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our launch team!

Positions Available

1. Bar Manager
2. Waiters / Waitresses (Part-Time & Full-Time)
3. Florist (Part-Time & Full-Time)
4. Bartender
5. Accountant
6. Chef
7. Waiter / Waitress

Full time/ Partime

$2,500 – $3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat guests upon arrival, stay alert, attentive and assume a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests at all times, Answer customer questions about the menu.
2. Be familiar with the sequence of services and ensure that orders are served properly and efficiently with the correct utensils.
3. Clear tables and keep the dining area clean.
4. Set up area in accordance to the instructions and requirements given by your superior.
5. Ensure all equipment, lighting and sound system are in proper and correct working conditions.
6. Responsible for place preparation, table set-ups, linen control and the proper handling of equipment.
7. Possess thorough food and beverage knowledge of the menu, drink list and wine list.
8. Have good communication between subordinates and other departments particularly the kitchen.
9. Have a good working knowledge and practices of the P.O.S. and guest check control systems.
10. Perform side duties assigned by superior.

Requirment

• Fluent in English andMandarinis essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Able to work during peak hours, including night shift, weekends, and holidays
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant industry is required
• Salary is negotiable based on work experience
