Full time/ Partime
$2,500 – $3,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests upon arrival, stay alert, attentive and assume a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests at all times, Answer customer questions about the menu.
- Be familiar with the sequence of services and ensure that orders are served properly and efficiently with the correct utensils.
- Clear tables and keep the dining area clean.
- Set up area in accordance to the instructions and requirements given by your superior.
- Ensure all equipment, lighting and sound system are in proper and correct working conditions.
- Responsible for place preparation, table set-ups, linen control and the proper handling of equipment.
- Possess thorough food and beverage knowledge of the menu, drink list and wine list.
- Have good communication between subordinates and other departments particularly the kitchen.
- Have a good working knowledge and practices of the P.O.S. and guest check control systems.
- Perform side duties assigned by superior.
Requirment
- Fluent in English andMandarinis essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Able to work during peak hours, including night shift, weekends, and holidays
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant industry is required
- Salary is negotiable based on work experience
