* Responsible for restaurant services, including assisting with operational matters, maintaining hygiene and sanitary standards, handling monetary transactions, preparing and serving dishes, and other key operational tasks.
* Assist with cleaning cutleries and maintaining cleanliness standards.
* Drive guest satisfaction by consistently executing brand standards, providing visible operational service, and engaging directly with guests and staff.
* Create an operational environment that empowers and energizes the team to focus on guest preferences, fostering memorable guest experiences.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement through effective action plans, with a focus on team development and succession planning.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in food & beverage service.
