Marche is recruiting for the following positions:
Team Member - Service Staff / Waiting Staff / Server / Cashier (x 11)
Job Description:
- Greeting guests, distributing and explaining guest cards & lunch menu
- Taking phone reservations
- Clearing of plates & replenishing cutlery
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of restaurant
- Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Cook / Food Prep (x 5)
- Involve kitchen operations from food preparation, cooking to final production
- Food preparation will be in accordance with daily operations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, follow Standard Procedures (SOPs)
- Take guest orders and present the food to them with good customer service
- Maintain food quality and standard any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager
Pastry Counter (x 2)
- Cashiering
- Daily production of cakes, tarts and cookies etc
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks
- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
- Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Pastry Manager
Requirements
- 5-days work week (44hrs / week, including weekends / PH)
- Transport provided for staff ending 12am shift
- Singaporean only.
