Roles & Responsibilities

Financial institution with large IT footprint in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Solutions Lead to design and lead the implementation of robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in banking infrastructure, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in large‑scale transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Architecture & Design

• Design and lead the implementation of enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure solutions that meet organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain the overall technology landscape and architecture roadmaps to guide regional and global rationalization efforts.
• Create and uphold engineering and architecture documents as standard references for the organization.

Technology Leadership & Innovation

• Contribute to organizational strategy by analyzing business demands, planning IT services, and defining technical architecture across infrastructure domains.
• Lead and mentor system and implementation engineers in detailed design and execution following approved high‑level architecture.
• Lead implementation of hybrid cloud domains (Cloud, Storage, Network, Database, End‑User Services) and with external vendors / offshore partners to ensure synergy and successful delivery.
• Design virtual platforms including Servers, Database, VM Machines, API, Network, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure solutioning within the Financial Services industry, with prior experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect in a multinational banking environment.
• Good knowledge of Singapore MAS regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience conceptualizing end‑to‑end technical architecture involving channels, systems, middleware, and data warehouse integration.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud computing, and system integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS / Azure cloud, Storage, and databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience in Linux, Windows, Networking.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper‑V.
