Job summary

A leading bank in Asia is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join their Group Tax team in Singapore. This role focuses on managing the bank's global transfer pricing framework, ensuring compliance with jurisdictions, and working closely with various business units to support growth initiatives. Candidates should have over 8 years of related experience, preferably in a financial services or banking context, along with a strong knowledge of OECD guidelines. This position involves a mix of policy governance and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of transfer pricing experience, including managerial experience in a Big 4 firm.
• Financial services or banking sector experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance UOB's global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines.
• Prepare and review Master File, Local File, and CbCR documentation for UOB entities.
• Provide TP input on new products and business restructurings.
