Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering underwriting, with a focus on large and complex risks.
• Proven track record in underwriting high-value projects and managing complex negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of Construction All Risks and Erection All Risks.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex and large-scale construction insurance risks.
• Negotiate participation, pricing, and terms with brokers.
• Develop underwriting strategies for the Engineering portfolio.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients to create bespoke insurance solutions.
• Monitor engineering portfolio performance and market trends.
