Job Title: Voice Technology Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Voice Technology Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Avaya and Cisco telephony and Call Center solutions, with proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Avaya and Cisco voice systems, including PBX, VoIP, unified communications and Call Center platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
• Collaborate with network and IT teams to integrate voice solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support for internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company security policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in voice technology engineering.
• Strong expertise in Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and related telephony solutions.
• Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP protocols, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with call center solutions, IVR systems, and voice recording platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Avaya Certified Specialist, Cisco CCNP Collaboration) are highly desirable.
