Location: Near Tai Seng MRT

A leading global provider of advanced technology solutions for the semiconductor industry is seeking a Vision Software Engineer to join their Singapore-based team.

This position combines software development with regional customer support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vision processing algorithms (OCR, defect detection, measurement, object recognition).
• Integrate industrial cameras, lighting, and frame grabbers into inspection systems.
• Enhance AOI platforms for wafer, wirebond, and package inspection.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize software for high-speed, real-time performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 - 6 years’ experience in machine vision or semiconductor automation.
• Strong in C++, with experience in OpenCV/Matrox Imaging Library.
• Hands-on experience with AOI systems and industrial hardware integration.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
