Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support or as a Desktop Engineer.
• Experience supporting VVIPs, Senior Executives, or Attorneys.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows 11 operating system.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and manage hardware/software.
• Deploy new user workstations and provide IT support.
• Log and track all user support requests using ticketing system.
