Who Are We:

Overkill is a video production house and we manage Overkill SG; a multi‑content lifestyle YouTube channel. We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Video Production Crew member to join our in‑house team..

Responsibilities:

• To be involved in the entire video production process from pre‑production, production, and post‑production stages.


• Track, organize, and ensure the proper functioning of production equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.


• Independently edit videos across various formats (YouTube, IG, TikTok, etc.).


• Create and implement post‑production elements such as motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and enhance storytelling techniques in line with media trends and audience preferences.


• Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise with camera equipment, lighting setups, and studio/field audio equipment.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve and/or other editing tools.


• Experience in motion graphics, color grading, or audio mixing.


• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for composition and aesthetics.


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.


• At least 2 years of professional experience as a versatile videographer and editor with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
