As a Business Sales Lead you will lead company's growth in the South East Asia market by bringing your business development, sales, and account management.

As a highly motivated, highly successful team member with a proven sale record you are expected to bring insights and experience in areas such as Analytics, Data Engineering, Business intelligence and digital transformation.

You will be responsible to identify and drive new consulting Sales opportunities in Top Accounts across multiple domains (within the SEA region).

You will manage captive clients across Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences. You will work towards successful client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the overall sales efforts and account growth.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across industries within the SEA/Asean business unit
  • Manage set of SEA/ASEAN Clients for Sales and Account Management and scale the overall relationship
  • Act as the SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship management
  • Identify and drive white space growth with the region
  • Manage CXO relations at your clients and Generate C-level leads through professional networking and conducting telephone-based, face-face, or virtual sales meetings.
  • Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these accounts to the respective Engagement Manager
  • Work with the consulting and capabilities team to sell and grow the footprint and demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the Fractals' value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client's business needs and problems
  • Manage and reduce the sale cycle
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Sales and / or Delivery for SEA/ASEAN clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver manage services engagements
  • Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
  • Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
  • Hands-on experience on selling to clients in either Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences
  • Must have experience selling Data Analytics, AI ML, Data Engineering type services
  • Ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
  • Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process
  • Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience
  • Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for large national and international corporations
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
