As the Regional Core Banking Infrastructure Operations member, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the infrastructure that powers mission-critical core banking and payment systems across the region. This role emphasizes operational stability, performance, and compliance in a highly regulated financial environment. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to enterprise security and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high availability and resilience. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Support
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure components supporting core banking and payment platforms.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Implement preventive measures and operational best practices to minimize downtime.
  • Experience on Unix/Wintel platforms
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensuring infrastructure operations comply with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and operational standards for audits and reviews.
  • Ensure patching and vulnerability fixes are promptly implemented.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with application, security, and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process automation.
  • Support modernization initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Core banking infrastructure management.
  • Minimum 5 years of core banking systems, payment platforms, and related infrastructure.
  • Minimum 5 years of high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
