Core Responsibilities:
- Develop new customers and to expand the companies’ presence in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors to drive sales and achieve business targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and profitability to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, logistics and marketing to ensure seamless execution of operations and increase visibility of the companies’ products in international markets.
- Provide regular reports and updates to chairman on international market developments, and business performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of international ventures.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. To reduce operational costs and increase capacity using the current facilities and low-cost investment items
- Achieve production plan on a weekly and monthly basis and ensure customer service remains at 99.99 per cent availability
Requirements:
- Degree / Masters in Business Administration a related field with at least 20 years of experience within the FMCG industry (International).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing export strategies, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets. International markets expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills and build relationships with international partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend trade shows and explore new business opportunities.
- Good leadership skills, inspirational, and results-driven, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
