About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vessel Operations Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing dry bulk shipping company headquartered in Singapore. Specializing in the Kamsarmax and Ultramax segments, the company operates a young and modern fleet, delivering high-standard seaborne transportation services to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle commercial operations for assigned vessels (Kamsarmax / Ultramax)

• Monitor voyage performance to ensure timely execution and cost efficiency

• Liaise with charterers, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve operational matters

• Handle laytime calculations, hire/freight payments, and post-fixture activities

• Ensure strict compliance with charter party terms, contracts, and operational procedures

• Provide operational support to commercial and technical teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in dry bulk vessel operations

• Strong knowledge of voyage planning, laytime, and commercial documentation

• Experience with Kamsarmax and/or Ultramax segments preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
