The technician will be responsible for maintaining electronic equipment and liaising with government agencies while providing guidance to the public on equipment use. Candidates should have a certificate in NITEC or a related discipline. Training will be provided, and the role requires flexibility for rotating 4-day shifts.

Qualifications

• Possess a certificate in NITEC/Electrical/Electronic or related discipline.
• Able to work rotating shifts (4-day work week).
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identification, maintenance, and replacement of electronic equipment and computers.
• Liaise with government agencies on equipment returns.
• Track and record fault patterns for reporting.
• Guide the public on the use of Fee Collection Terminals.
