Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of Compliance experience in Fund/Asset Management industry.
• Exposure to Venture Capital/Private Equity industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with regulators on regulatory requirements and compliance filing.
• Manage and update the firm’s compliance policies and framework.
• Work with other teams on KYC/AML review on investors.
• Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates.
• Identify potential compliance issues and provide solutions.
• Update and advise management on compliance issues.
