• Align sales teams and strategies across the APAC region
• Standardize structures across countries to ensure accountability for pricing targets
• Collaborate with inbound sales to secure tenders, RFQs, and bids
• Partner with Operations to enhance value in operational outcomes
• Create new market opportunities by geography, product, and channel
• Provide insights and updates on market trends and developments

Requirements

• Preferable 10 years of demonstrated experience in the ITAD industry
• In-depth knowledge of pricing variations across various sales channels and regions
• Proven leadership abilities and strong negotiation capabilities
• Effective communicator, able to engage with multiple internal teams and confidently interact with external stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and performs well under pressure
• Willing to travel oversea occasionally
