About the role

As a Test Engineer/Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and testing of cutting-edge medical devices, contributing to the innovation and success of our organization. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineering professionals.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of medical devices
• Designing, building, and maintaining test setups and equipment to support product validation and verification
• Analyzing test data, identifying issues, and proposing solutions to improve product performance
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing, to address technical challenges
• Documenting test procedures, results, and recommendations to support decision‑making and regulatory compliance
• Staying up‑to‑date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in medical device testing

What we’re looking for

• Related educational field in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Material Science / Bio Engineering
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a test engineering or technician role, preferably in the medical device industry
• Proficient in the use of test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards, such as ISO 13485 and IEC 60601, is an advantage
