Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage regional talent acquisition strategies tailored to India and Southeast Asia markets.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with regional and local business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and other external partners.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize hiring strategies.
- Manage recruitment budgets and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across regional hiring efforts.
- Train and mentor HR teams and hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Monitor labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in regional or multi-country talent acquisition, preferably within India and Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of recruitment dynamics and labor laws in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other SEA countries.
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment in a regional capacity.
- Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in different cultures and time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS, ATS systems, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
