Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth transition and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and overseas

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products

• Conducting product testing and validation to ensure high-quality, reliable products

• Identifying and resolving complex technical issues and optimising product performance

• Participating in the development of product roadmaps and strategy

• Providing technical support and expertise to manufacturing and sales teams

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation

Requirements

• At least Diploma and Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product / NPI Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry

• Strong technical expertise in electrical/electronic engineering, with a deep understanding of product development and validation processes

• Proficiency in using CAD software, testing equipment, and data analysis tools

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
