Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SOPs, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. A diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector. [URGENT] Operations Executive (Logistics/ Warehouse)

Oversee day-to-day production and operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.

Plan and allocate budgets, manpower, and operational resources effectively to meet production demands.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, and quality workflows.

Coordinate with external contractors on machinery servicing, equipment maintenance, and facility-related matters.

Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, perform stock checks, and ensure timely stock reporting.

Support import and export coordination by working closely with the logistics/export team.

Manage internal and external stock movement to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.

Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent

At least 2 - 3 years of warehouse & logistics operations experience, preferably from FMCG/ Food Manufacturing industry
