Job description

Salary: Up to $5700
Duration: Yearly renewable contract

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned areas, ensuring SLA targets are met (engagements, service quality, reporting)
• Lead, coach, and performance manage a team
• Ensure deployment plans align with project priorities and manpower availability
• Conduct regular ground visits to assess service quality and operational compliance
• Handle escalations, service recovery, and client/stakeholder communications
• Analyse engagement data and recommend operational improvements
• Coordinate with Project Management and other teams for cross-support during campaigns
