Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is searching for a UCaaS Sales Specialist to drive selling strategies for Zoom Phone across Asia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technology sales experience, expertise in Cloud PBX products, and a robust understanding of telephony hardware. This role focuses on building relationships with both existing and new customers to meet their telephony and video needs while achieving sales targets. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology company as an Account Executive or overlay.
  • Direct experience in selling Cloud PBX products.
  • Deep understanding of telephony hardware including handsets and gateways.

  • Define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaaS selling strategies across Asia.
  • Work with existing and new customers to provide a UCaaS platform.
  • Carry sales quota and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you can expect

We are seeking a UCaaS Sales Specialist to define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaaS selling strategies across Asia. There is an emphasis to focus on Zoom Phone. You will be working with both existing and new customers. You will be providing customers with a UCaaS platform (Cloud PBX services), that meet their telephony and video needs. This is a quota carrying Sales Specialist role.

What we’re looking for


  • 5+ years of Account Executive or overlay experience at a technology company

  • Have direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience required

  • Have experience selling CUCM, Avaya, MSFT in the Large Enterprise segments

  • Have a deep understanding of telephony hardware including handsets, gateways, analog devices, and paging

  • Have financial selling acumen for ROI and TCO analysis for UCaaS solutions

  • Have a proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & team work
