Overview

My client is a Tuition Center situated in Central Singapore and offers enrichment in Secondary and Junior College subjects. The Centre Admin will manage the front desk, interact with parents and students on their queries, upload lesson videos to the Center’s portal, and perform other relevant tasks.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Zoom interview. This role is highly conducive to students seeking work experience and earning extra income.

Requirements
  • Average 16 hours a week, paid monthly.
  • Weekday schedule options: two half‑day shifts (4 hours) or one full weekday shift (7–8 hours). Sundays 8:45 am – 6:45 pm.
  • During busy months, candidate may be asked for additional hours.
  • Minimum education: Polytechnic student in year 1 or A‑Level student awaiting university entry.
  • Comfortable talking to students and parents; customer‑facing role (training provided). Well‑groomed and pleasant appearance.
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable using technology.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
  • Independent, honest, responsible, and mature.
