Position Title: Transport Controller Assistant / Transport Controller Trainee

Working Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Scheduling and Dispatch
  • Plan routes and dispatch vehicles based on timelines and available resources.
  • Track shipment progress and ensure schedules are met.
  • Communicate with drivers and stakeholders to give instructions, resolve issues, and keep operations smooth.
  • Follow transport and safety rules, including escort and port requirements (e.g., relevant port regulations).
  • Assist with maintenance, inspections, and related documentation for fleet management
  • Identify delays or issues and help resolve them promptly.
  • Update customers, answer queries, and support a positive experience.
  • Keep accurate records of operations, incidents, and compliance.
