Job summary

A leading training organization in Singapore is seeking a capable trainer to manage specialized UAV training programs. The ideal candidate will ensure effective training delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing all related contracts. A diploma or degree along with significant experience in training management is necessary, alongside an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License. The role includes evaluating the efficacy of training sessions and staying updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant training and management experience.
• Possession of Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) is mandatory.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ALCP/ACTA) is a plus.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage specialized training course and contracts such as VTOL (BVOC) training.
• Liaise with the authority, client and all relevant stakeholders on all contract matters as the main POC for the contract. Attend all the coordination meetings and ensure all the training and safety KPIs are met.
• Taking charge of all UAV contracts acting in the capacity of the Management.
• Be the management representative for UATO and UABTO related matters such as CAAS audit.
• Be the custodian for all UA related training courseware and content in LMS – ensuring that they are always updated and relevant.
• Incorporate industry best practices, safety regulations, and company standards into training programs.
• Deliver engaging and informative drone training sessions.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Coordinate and manage drone training programs, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate training records.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in drone technology, regulations, and training methodologies.

Requirement:

• Diploma with at least 7 years of relevant training and management experience or Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL).
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ALCP/ACTA) would be a bonus.
• SFA, and CPR & AED certification would be a bonus.
