Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps, aligning programs with business objectives
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill-building
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization
  • Assess training effectiveness through surveys, tests, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future sessions
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs
  • Oversee training budgets and collaborate with external training providers or consultants as needed
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant
