• Create, test, and refine training materials for quality and relevance.
• Coordinate training schedules and manage attendance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for program delivery.
• Maintain training documentation and administrative systems.
• Oversee in-house training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholders across various levels and business units.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in training and development, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in service delivery and performance metrics.
• ACTA certification and call center experience are advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver innovative solutions.
• Must complete a training course and pass an assessment prior to deployment. Shortlisted candidates will present during the selection process.
