Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced candidate for an FX Mid office role in Singapore, responsible for managing FX confirmations and settlements, collaborating with traders, and handling documentation with banks. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in FX Mid office in a bank and possess knowledge in FX settlements, MS Excel, and related tools. The position offers a contract duration of 6 months with competitive pay, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities

• Work together with existing team in Singapore and other markets for execution of trade.
• Handling FX confirmation, OIS, Swaps and other derivatives confirmation and settlements.
• Handling FX settlements with banks, movement of funds to settle trade transaction
• Underlying document submission with banks for FX bookings and Settlements
• Work together with other traders and liaise with treasury for issuance of SBLC / payment settlement for transactions being executed.
• Work together with Traders to maintain trade MIS relating to execution and maturity and co-ordinate reconciliation with offshore operations team.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant work experience in FX Mid office in a Bank
• Experience in FX Mid office/Back office is an added advantage
• Understanding on FX settlements with banks on maturity dates
• Basic understanding of letter of credit - UCP DC rules & ISBP guidelines, its terms and applications
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point
• Knowledge of Interest Rate, Hedging and cash flow settlements
