  • Review and scan client instructions/documents for processing within the designated SLA/deadline, adhering to procedures with a focus on high accuracy.
  • Ensure all Trade Finance transactions comply with current regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies.
  • Inform clients about the status of document checks, indicating whether they are compliant or contain discrepancies.
  • Perform 1st level back-to-back matching for structured trade transactions.
  • Communicate with clients regarding unclear instructions and obtain the necessary documentation before forwarding transactions for processing.
  • Oversee daily workflow to meet and exceed client expectations.
