Job description
JOB SUMMARY

As Trade Operations Executive, the key responsibilities are to provide good customer service and meticulous administrative support to the Sales Team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acting as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics and product claims.
  • Actively liaise with customer and sales team to provide Logistics and Order support.
  • Input, verify and confirm customer orders through Sales Order Creation.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer's deliveries are met.
  • Collaborates with cross functional departments to achieve balanced supply and demand.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Order Management including order entry, follow up customer's payments & Letter of Credit, broker's commission and shipment arrangements.
  • Aggressively & Pro-actively monitor open orders, identify potential issues and take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPls.
  • Maintain a good relationship with assigned customers. Grow existing customers by ensuring excellence in service and on-time responses.
  • Maintain accurate data and up-to-date order status in system.
  • Handle Customer's Complaint and follow up closely with QA for investigation result.
  • Prepare & Submit L/C documents on time and monitor the transaction until payment receipt.
