Job summary

A financial services firm is looking for a Trade Operations Analyst in Singapore. The role involves accurately entering trades, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely settlements. Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of wealth management products, and excellent Excel skills. This position is only open to Singaporeans. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a Private Bank or similar in EAM industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services.
  • Experience in booking/execution of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Review work of others to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter into the system and reconcile them with counterparties to ensure there are no discrepancies.
  • Check trade details (like price and quantity) and confirm them with external parties. Resolve any issues quickly.
  • Ensure trade bookings are accurate by reviewing the work of others and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ensure portfolios are priced correctly and generate regular performance reports.
  • Ensure trades are settled on time and accurately, working with external parties to resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with traders and external parties to ensure smooth trade processing.
  • Provide operational support to the investment team and help resolve any trade-related issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience (from a Private Bank or a similar setup as ours EAM industry), in particular, working knowledge of different wealth management products and services with experience in booking/execution of transactions
  • Strong in Excel, and able to pick up internal system in a fast pace
  • Detail oriented & fast-learner
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
