Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System within our Core Banking platforms and systems. This role will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the full design, development and implementation lifecycle (SDLC) for newsolutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side
• Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and DealManagement systems
• Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, andquality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drivesolution design and execution
• Oversee roadmap, technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation acrosslegacy and target platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout thedelivery lifecycle
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functionalteams
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progressand challenges

Required Skills

• 20+ years of global and APAC experience in leading Trade Finance delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains
• Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs
• Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles
• Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models
• Hands-on experience working with FIS ACBS, Finastra, Finacle, Flexcube, Intellect and CGI products.

Desired Skills

• Excellent understanding of the solution design and vendor management.
• Excellent understanding of the Agile development methodologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science orequivalent work experience, or combination.
